Rule 156
Record keeping
: (1) If an armed police officer is dismissed from service for the purpose of being deemed unfit for government service in the future, the officer issuing the dismissal order shall give information to the commission, the armed police library and the head office of the dismissed person including three copies of the hulia. Such information should be given by the head office to the subordinate armed police office as well.
(2) On the basis of the information received as per sub-rule (1), the Armed Police Library shall prepare and keep a record of dismissal.
(3) If any person whose name is mentioned in the records prepared according to sub-rule (2) is re-appointed to the armed police service or position, he shall be immediately dismissed after returning the salary and allowance received after being re-appointed.
